Annual Youth Service Trip to Egypt

The Diocese joyfully announces its Annual Youth Service trip to Egypt for 2010 from July 12 to August 5. The purpose of this trip is to serve the Lord’s brethren in Egypt by providing them with basic medical and social services.

Participants in this year’s trip will be blessed to spend time with His Grace Bishop Serapion and His Grace Bishop Thomas at the Anaphora Retreat Center. There will also be retreats for males at El Baramous Monastery and for females at St. Tadros Convent. In addition, the youth will serve the Lord’s brethren in the Diocese of El Quosia. Finally, participants will have ample time to spend with their families in Egypt, visit monasteries, go to historical sites, and more.

The cost of this trip is $900.00 plus the cost of airfare, which will be chosen according to cost and occupancy. Participants are encouraged not to book their tickets until they first speak to Fr. Isaac Boulos (909.720.6565/

Space is limited to 20 persons – first come, first to take the blessing of service.
